"I love this liner!!! I have tried them all and this is by far my favorite liner!!! I am an eyeliner junkie, I would rather be late then not have applied my winged liner. At first I disliked because it would always end up on my top lid and how embarrassing is that....but now I use an eye shadow primer and it lasts all day and night! If I make a mistake and need to fix the wing I just use a face wipe and voila!!!! It does not flake like a review mentioned and I have gone through like 4 and never had an issue with the cap.
