Wipe them gently with an oil-based makeup remover. Then, using an eyelash curler, get as close as you can to your eyelid and press the curler firmly.”
Less Is More
“If necessary, rub excess mascara off the brush with a clean towel before application. Avoid applying too much too quickly — this can create heavy clumps that are a no-no for lengthy lashes.
