My Avon Beauty Faves List | Post One

Hey, loves! I’ve decided to take on a new set of posts with each one featuring a few products from Avon that i’m currently obsessing over. Over the next week or so, i’ll put up a new post and share all of the reasons that I love each product. I’ll also be listing current prices and special offers where applicable. I’m not certain on how many parts to this new line of postings there will be, but let’s start off with Post One and go from there!

Let’s begin with the first product that kicks off my morning beauty routine, Anew Vitale Gel Cleanser. This product is a must-have for me, I don’t think i’ll ever stop obsessing! Next up on my Avon Beauty Faves Roundup List is the Clearskin Pore Penetrating Black Mineral Mask. Oh my goodness… it really works! I use this product twice per week. What I love about this mineral mask is that not only does it work to remove pore-clogging oils in the skin but it doubles as an acne treatment. When applying, you’ll feel a cooling sensation and it goes on black. As it dries (and does its job!) it turns grey. So, there is no guess work — you can see and feel this product working. I also notice a tightness to my face as it dries but it brings no discomfort really. My skin is quite sensitive and I have yet to have an issue with this product irritating my skin. I usually leave this product on for around 12-15 minutes. My kids get a real big kick out of me when I have this mineral mask on, they find it hilarious! I just find it to be another tool to my beauty and skincare routine. The Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion is what I like to call Magic in a Bottle. This stuff is truly amazing. Squeeze out a dab onto your fingertip, gently rub it on and around your eyes, wipe away with a damp cloth, and voila — all clean! I love the consistency of this product, it is not too thin nor too thick. It really does moisturize my skin with no eye irritation. When I first used this product, I used more at one time than I needed to and it was a “gloppy mess”. The product had really gotten into my eye but easily rinsed out with water. This product came out around August of last year and i’ve been using it since its debut! You can use this product as a spot treatment, but I just use it all-over as a mask. The product is great because it works fast, does not burn or sting, goes on smoothly, and has a pleasant menthol/cooling scent. A small amount goes far so that’s another plus. I do notice that after applying this product my face appears to be greasy/oily. This does not seem to be an issue though as I apply right before bed. Six Tips for Gorgeous Summer Skin

Hi, beauts! We may be nearing the end of Summer but a gorgeous Summery glow is fabulous no matter the time of year. The following are six tips to getting & keeping that glow: 

DRINK WATER. You may think this is a no-brainer or that it really isn't necessary for helping with that glowing skin you desire -- but beauty begins from within. Your skin's water loss peaks at night, so down a glass of refreshing H2O before calling it a night. Also, keeping hydrated will help boost your mood, thus reducing stress and acne breakouts!!

My Review on the Newest Clearskin Product

This doesn't seem to be an issue as I wear it overnight and all i'm doing is sleeping. When I wake up in the morning the shine is no more. Why I love this product: 

• I don't have to think much about it. Its an easy, quick application and then i'm off to bed. 
• It has a smooth, creamy, texture that feels refreshing on my face.

• It is inexpensive. There are so many great skincare products out there, with a vast majority leaving me blasted with sticker shock. I just cannot see spending a great deal of money on something that can give me amazing results for a fraction of the price! 
• It doesn't burn or sting at my skin when I apply it, unlike some other acne spot treatments I have used in the past. 
• A little bit goes a long way! You only have to apply a very thin layer to cover an entire face. Even if you apply it all over, like I do, this product will last you a long time -- because again, you do not have to use that much for this product to work. In fact, if you use too much your skin will probably be left feeling dry, and no one wants that.
