My New Avon Makeup Fave: True Color Lip Crayons

Afternoon, beauts — Before today I had only heard of lip crayons… I never tried them out. I had a few customers order some lately and so I had asked: “What’s the buzz on these lip crayons?” What I found out was that these True Color Lip Crayons are: Easy to use, Have a convenient/simplistic packaging for outings/trips, Well-pigmented color (12 shades to choose from), and Available in two finishes for different looks (Shimmer and Cream). I like that even though these liners have the sparkle shimmer infused, they do not irritate my eyes. My Avon Beauty Faves List | Post Four

Hey, beauts — Happy March! Spring is truly around the corner and I cannot wait. Sure, the snow is pretty to look at but so are bright colored flowers and sunshine! In my first blog post of March, i’ll be continuing my series on My Avon Beauty Faves Roundup, with Post Four. I hope you all enjoy it! I’m going to start first with the lipstick. The all-new Perfectly Matte Lipstick in shade Ideal Lilac is a perfect shade for Spring. It’s bright and the matte finish is a current beauty trend. This lipstick, while being a matte finish, is not drying to the lips. It never cakes nor cracks and has an incredible lightweight feel. I came up with the idea to start a weekly themed post on mark. products! My Avon Beauty Faves List | Post Three

Hey there, beauts! Its a new day and I've got a new post to share with you all, featuring more of My Avon Beauty Faves. Just like the other posts to this series, I will share my reasons for why I love each featured product. I will also list product prices and include any deals/special offers where applicable. I'd like to start off the post today with the Avon Care Silicone Glove Protective Hand Cream. This is an Avon Favorite of many and has been for years. I first got this for myself at the end of November, last year. The Seasonal Mini Hand Creams were available, and I bought the bundle which included this product. My seven year old son loves when I get "Avon goodies" so, I gave him a mini tube of the Silicone Glove and was happy that he was happy. He tried it out right away and came to me with excitement at how good it smelled. He said "I'm not exactly sure what it smells like, it's like something I know of. But it's real good, Mom. My hands are so soft now!" Then I thought, hey with a little review like that, how could I not give it a try myself!? My first impression of this product was how it did not feel like hand cream as I rubbed it in. It was not sticky and absorbed into my skin quickly and felt like I had just used baby powder on my hands. That's when it hit me --- the scent of this Silicone Glove Protective Hand Cream is incredibly reminiscent to that of baby powder. It is fresh and clean smelling. It is soft, and works wonders at healing and protecting my hands with all of the dish washing I do around here! It was always not enough color or not the color I expected to show up when applied, it just wasn't worth it to me. With that being said, I gave a look at the shades and decided on something bold that would give me a take charge attitude. My next Avon Beauty Favorite that i’m featuring in this entry, is the Foot Works Beautiful Overnight Lavender Cream. This stuff smells amazing — so calming, and serene. The texture is non-sticky and it simply moisturizes my feet while relaxing me in the evening when I apply it. Lavender is typically known for its calming effects so it is no wonder why this product puts me at such ease. When I apply this Foot Works Beautiful Overnight Lavender Cream, I put socks on for a bit to fully seep in. I do not think that is a requirement but it is something that I do, so i’m mentioning it. Afternoon, beauts! 2015 brought a lot of firsts for me. First time starting my own business with AVON products, first time really pushing myself outside my comfort zone, first time wearing mascara (yes, I know!), and first time blogging. I've learned a lot over this year, in multiple aspects of my life. I've learned about selling AVON products and promoting my brand. I've learned how to get that cat-eye look and how to choose my perfect blush shade. I've learned to be myself and love myself for who I am. I've also learned to admire others beauty without questioning my own. 

I may not have gained as many followers as i'd hoped, but my first year of blogging has gone beyond my expectations. I've received support, kindness, and gained new friendships. I will work toward bettering myself and my blog in this new year and in turn, gain a new following while keeping the ones that I have. Which, by the way, are near and dear to my heart! I appreciate you all coming along with me on this journey.

5. Naked Love Collection: Insider News + Body Butter Review excerpt: The Naked Love Collection was launched around February of this year and it was meant to be a limited edition collection. I'm going to start right at the beginning. I have been looking for a product to help combat the oily shine that has been attacking my face as of late -- does that sound too dramatic? What is nice about this product is that it is a colorless face primer. There is no tint to it and it is for all skin tones. I love the added SPF 20, which I can rely on to help protect my skin from the damaging rays from the Sun.
